7-Day Eligibility: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Pristine Condition Required: We only accept returns for items in their original, unopened condition. The cellophane wrap and security seals must remain entirely unbroken. Once a seal is tampered with, the fragrance is no longer eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or is not what you selected, please contact our concierge at support@varenyaparfum.com within 24 hours. Please include a photograph of the packaging so we may provide an immediate resolution.
